To request a fire inspection with the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department, please complete and submit the form below. Please provide all requested information, including the permit number, project address, type of inspection, onsite contact information, and preferred inspection date.

Submitting this form does not confirm your inspection. Once your request has been received, our staff will review the information provided and contact you to confirm availability, collect any applicable inspection fees, and finalize your inspection date.

Inspection requests are scheduled based on staff availability. Please do not consider your inspection scheduled until you have received confirmation from our office.

Inspection Windows
AM: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (onsite contact must be available at 7:00 AM)
PM: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM (onsite contact must be available at 12:30 PM)

Please note that a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled inspections.
